Daniela graduated in Comparative Studies from the Università degli Studi di Napoli l’Orientale, where she focused on Indo-European linguistics, specifically on English, German, Hindi and Sanskrit. After university, she spent long periods abroad, first in Austria and Germany and then in Ireland, where she improved and enhanced her professional skills and competences working in challenging international environments. During this time abroad, she further developed her interest in translation and, on returning to Italy, she studied for a Master's degree in legal translation at Genoa University. Her professional experience as a content editor and translator for two big companies in the travel sector gave her the opportunity to develop specific knowledge of SEO techniques and their application according to translation rules. Currently, she works as professional translator on a full-time and freelance basis, mainly focusing on technical, legal and marketing texts. She decided to join KennisTranslations after attending the meeting in Sintra held in 2013.
