Kennis is a translation company with a difference. Quality is upmost in everybody's minds yet there is a friendly, family-like culture that allows the entire team to continually improve in an optimal environment. This team mentality is what drives the company forward, providing a foundation that is conducive to excellent work. There is an individual and collective pride in the work we produce, which sets Kennis apart from all other companies I have come across in the industry.
Andrew completed a bachelor's degree in French and Hispanic Studies at the University of Nottingham, followed by a master's degree in Technical and Specialised Translation at the University of Westminster. After gaining experience in areas as diverse as recruitment, finance, and law, he embarked on a translation career in 2011, beginning as an in-house translator and reviser in Madrid before becoming a freelancer in 2013. Andrew is also a member of Translators Without Borders and has used his language skills in voluntary work all over the globe. He has travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and has been known to indulge in a range of activities during his journeys, including mountain climbing, surfing, cue sports, yoga, and meditation. He currently divides his time between Mexico and his native England.
